K'taka HC to decide on women bartenders

The argument continues in the Karnataka High Court over whether women can be employed at a place that serves alcohol. According to the Karnataka Excise act of 1965, women are not allowed to work in a place that serves alcohol which means pubs, dance bars and live bands that employ women are illegal.
