Mr. Satyarthi said that child marriage robs a child of their childhood and threatens their well-being. If there is no end to the practice, India can never become a 'Vishwaguru', he added. Requesting the people of India to come together to end the criminal practice, Mr Sathyarthi said, "It is time you not only boycott the practice, but also report it. Let's take a pledge to make a 'Zero Child Marriage India."
