Kakodkar gives guarded speech at IAEA
India's top atomic scientist Anil Kakodkar, who addressed the IAEA General Conference on Wednesday, did not mention either the Indo-US nuclear deal or safeguards in his speech.In a carefully worded speech Kakodkar said India was looking forward to the possibility of opening up of international civil nuclear cooperation.
