Kamal Haasan Talks To NDTV As He Begins Makkal Needhi Maiam's Campaign

Actor-turned-politician and Makkal Needhi Maiam chief Kamal Haasan draws good crowds as he begins his election campaign. Talking to NDTV, Mr Haasan says that his destination is the Tamil Nadu assembly, which is also why he has chosen to not contest for Lok Sabha polls. He has fielded candidates for all 40 seats in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry, besides 18 Tamil Nadu Assembly by-election seats.
