Kanimozhi defence seeks to deflect blame on CEO of Kalaignar TV

In a hearing for the bail plea moved by Kanimozhi, daughter of the DMK chief M Karunanidhi, leading lawyer Ram Jethmalani tried to deflect the blame in the 2G scam on the CEO of Kalaignar TV. He argued that Kanimozhi is only a minority shareholder and it was the CEO Sharath Kumar who was vested with the power to take decisions.
