Kapil Sibal Rajya Sabha Speech: Speaking in Rajya Sabha, MP Kapil Sibal talked about unemployment in India. "Unemployed people are in the unorganised sector. The CMIE data says that 75% of our population belongs to the working age group of 111 crore people out of 140 crore of which 83% are unemployed. Now you can imagine the crisis.
