In a video that has now gone viral, Karnataka Congress MLA Venkataramanappa is seen slapping a man asking for basic necessities for his village Nagennahalli in Tumakuru district. The man requested his village MLA to provide them basic facilities like drinking water and proper road. Furious with the approach of the man, the MLA slapped him and even threatened to put him behind bars.
