Karnataka Election Results: NDA Takes Lead With 18 Seats, Congress At 10
Votes are being counted for the world's largest elections today. The Lok Sabha elections saw polling in seven phases that began on April 19 and concluded on June 1. The BJP-NDA alliance has won eight of Karnataka's 18 seats, while the Congress has won 10. In Hassan, Congress candidate Shreyas Patel defeated JD(S)'s Prajwal Revanna by 44,000 votes; Revanna was recently arrested on sexual abuse charges.
