"Not surprised to see such an announcement at all. There is a very strong anti-incumbency against the BJP, but it does not mean that it will be ousted as there are a lot of other factors... This is Congress' election to lose," Dr Sumanth Raman, political analyst, said when asked how the announcement of the unveiling of Ram Mandir will impact the upcoming Karnataka elections.
