Karnataka Woman Paraded Naked, Tied To Electric Pole As Son Elopes With Girl: Cops
Even as the Karnataka legislature's session was on in Belagavi, a woman was tied to a pole, stripped and beaten by a group in a village in the district. This was after her son eloped with the woman he loved. While the police rescued the woman and arrested the accused, the incident has led to a series of strong reactions from around the state.
