Kashmir issue to be resolved peacefully: PM

Speaking at an all-party meeting in Srinagar, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has said that India wants to normalise relations with Pakistan. He has said that India wants to reach to a solution of the Kashmir issue in a peaceful manner and for the purpose, he is ready to talk to everyone concerned. "We are ready to talk to any segment of the population on the Kashmir issue. We are also ready to talk to separatists and have even done that earlier," said Singh.
