Kashmir rebels crossover to surrender
A large number of Kashmiri militants are crossing the LOC from Uri sector not to fight and intensify violence in the valley but to lay down their arms before the Army. For many of the so-called militants, this is a homecoming long after they gave up believing in the Kashmir cause remained trapped in POK.
