BJP leader Raghunandan Rao, former MLA and now candidate for Medak Lok Sabha seat, has demanded that former chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao should be named 'accused no. 1' in the Telangana phone-tapping case. In a letter to the state top cop, he said he had complained after winning the Dubbak bypoll in December 2020 that his phone was being tapped, reports NDTV's Uma Sudhir.
