Congress Leader Shashi Tharoor Visits Landslide-Hit Wayanad

Congress leader and Lok Sabha MP from Thiruvananthapuram, Shashi Tharoor visited the landslide-affected area in Wayanad and said that rehabilitation is the primary issue right now. He said, “We have bought couple of lorry loads of relief supply from Thiruvananthapuram. There is enough food in Wayanad, but still we bought some food with us. These are alright, but we have to think in longer terms, to reopen the schools and other facilities. The question is not only of lives, but livelihood. So, rehabilitation is the primary issue.”
