Kerala: Man kicked mercilessly by cop for waving black flag at Chief Minister
A policeman in Kerala has been caught on camera brutally assaulting a protester who had waved a black flag at Chief Minister Oommen Chandy in state capital Thiruvananthapuram on Wednesday.
