Kerala's artificial reef slammed
Environmentalists and local fishermen say the artificial reef, built at Kovalam, is damaging the coast and affecting the livelihood. The reef is India's first artificial reef built by a New Zealand-based company for around 8 crore rupees to promote surfing & other water sports.
