Keyur Maniar, vice president and global head of BFSI BPO at Wipro, tells that the IT company is acquiring Opus for $ 75 million and will complete this acquisition by FY14. The company has an employee workforce of around 500 and has huge synergies with Wipro's financial vertical, he further says.
