Kids locked up for stealing fruits

It happens only in India. Children as young as ten with no specified charge are handcuffed and locked up. Ten-year-old Raja and eight-year-old Ravi have been behind bars in the Shastri Nagar police station. They say they have been taken into custody for stealing jamuns (berries) and even that they say is not true.
