Koozhangal Film Team On Their Oscar Entry Journey
Tamil film Koozhangal or Pebbles is India's entry to the Oscars this year. Made by a group of young friends mostly from Tamil Nadu and directed by Vinoth Raj, Koozhangal is a story of a father and his son trying to bring back their mother who had left home after facing domestic violence. Director Vignesh Sivan and actor Nayanthara took over the production halfway through. The film has already won the "Tiger" award at the Rotterdam film festival. NDTV's J Sam Daniel caught up with the Koozhangal team.
