Massive Fire At Kumbh Mela Reportedly Due To Cylinder Blast
A massive fire broke out near the Old GT Road crossing on the border of Sector 19 and Sector 5 in Maha Kumbh, starting in the Vivekananda camp. The blaze quickly spread, engulfing many other nearby camps, reducing several to ashes. As a precaution, other camps in the vicinity were evacuated. Half a dozen fire brigade vehicles were deployed, and their efforts successfully brought the fire under control. Fortunately, no information has been received so far about any loss of life among the devotees.
