Kushwaha writes to Gadkari, says don't want BJP to suffer due to me
As the row over his induction into the BJP intensifies, former Bahujan Samaj Party leader Babu Singh Kushwaha has written a letter to BJP president Nitin Gadkari, asking his membership request to be kept on hold till he is cleared of charges. In his letter, Kushwaha has said that he doesn't want the party to suffer due to him and that the Congress is targeting him due to his opposition to 4.5 per cent quota for minority within Other Backward Caste or OBC quota.
