Labour Reforms Positive for Employees: Care Ratings

Madan Sabnavis, chief economist at Care Ratings says that changes in labour laws and Apprenticeship Act is positive for employers and will make it easier to conduct business. However he adds, changes made in Factories Act is in favour of employees.
