A garib rath which promises to give air-conditioned comfort to the poor, was flagged off by Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav. The low fare train left from Saharsa in Bihar for Amritsar but very few poor people were seen boarding the poor man's AC train on its inaugural run.
