"Ladakh Incident 2 Years Ago Changed Paradigm": Ex Army Officer

"Over the last decade, we have been having these face-offs. When patrols come face to face, it sometimes leads to more than fisticuffs. What changed the paradigm was the Ladakh incident a couple of years ago," Lt Gen Satish Dua (retired) said when asked for his comments on the latest incident of a face-off between India and China.
