Lagarde leads Carstens in IMF race
Christine Lagarde, who has taken her campaign to head the International Monetary Fund to India and China, may be poised to defeat her main rival, Mexico's central bank governor Agustín Carstens. But it looks like Carstens is not ready to give up the fight.
