When it comes to our health, some of it like genetics and environmental factors are not in our control, but everything else is. Most of the illnesses that weaken us, that allow the disease to grow, are a result of habits, which are preventable. At the NDTV-Dettol Banega Swasth India's 'Lakshya - Sampoorn Swasthya Ka' 12-hour Telethon, one of the key areas of discussion was 'preventing ill-health, not just curing it'.
