Lalu, Paswan reluctant partners?
Coalition governments are clearly the order of the day now. And in the run up to the Lok Sabha elections, both the UPA and the NDA are trying to figure out their potential alliances. It seems the smaller parties know just how much power they have. If Orissa has emerged as a dark spot for NDA, Bihar seems to be UPA's sore point with Lalu Prasad Yadav and Ramvilas Paswan moving towards a reluctant handshake.
