In a potentially embarrassing incident for Railway Minister Lalu Prasad, his in-laws were caught travelling without ticket in the AC first class coach of Sampark Kranti Express. Shiv Prasad Choudhary and his wife, parents of former CM Rabri Devi, were found travelling without ticket near Chapra railway station during a ticket-checking drive launched by the East Central Railway, official sources said.
