Lalu Yadav's Daughter Rohini Acharya On Chhapra Firing Incident: "I Was Abused, Attacked..."

Speaking on the Chapra firing incident where one person died in Bihar's Saran, RJD candidate Rohini Acharya on May 21 alleged that she was abused, attacked with an intent to kill. "BJP people are scared. Democracy is being murdered... FIR should be filed against BJP goons. We demand from the administration that all these goons should be caught and put in jail... As a candidate, we have the right to go to every booth... I had gone there to see the polling. BJP goons were sitting inside... I was abused... I was attacked with intent to kill... Who gave them this right... These people have resorted to hooliganism," said Rohini Acharya. Notably, BJP and RJD parties clashed with each other on May 20 in Bihar's Chhapra. Stones were also pelted by the workers at each other amid the brewing clash, which later turned violent and transformed into a gunfight.
