Land allotments, awarding of licences should be more transparent: Ashok Khemka to NDTV
Ashok Khemka, the IAS officer who was transferred after ordering a probe into DLF-Robert Vadra deals, tells NDTV that there is need for more transparency in the process of land allotments and awarding of licences. He also stressed that centralisation of all registration data is must for a transparent system.
