Late night violence at Ramdev protest
Very late last night, as thousands of his supporters tried to form a shield around him, Baba Ramdev was evicted by the Delhi Police from the capital's Ramlila Ground. The externment of the tremendously popular leader was preceded by scenes of violence and drama after the Delhi police used a lathicharge and tear gas shells on Baba's supporters at Ramlila Maidan.
