Lavasa case headed to courts again
The luxury homes in the 2000-hectare Lavasa hill city project near Pune will take longer to complete as the controversial resort project's fate is again in the courts. The Maharashtra government is all set to file a case in the district court of Pune and initiate action against Lavasa for green violations, meaning Lavasa's wait for the green clearance might get longer by another 3-4 months.
