Law Enforcement And Justice Delivery Is A Problem: PM Nair, Expert on Human Trafficking
Dr PM Nair, a national expert on human trafficking, said that a law needs to comprehensive and powerful. He noted that there is a gap between text and context which calls for stringent enforcement and justice delivery. Dr PM Nair who is also a former IPS officer and former Director General, National Disaster Response Force, said along with rescue, rehabilitation should also be a right of the victim.
