Learning Judo For Self-Defence, Leading To Medals

With gender violence on the rise, self-defence for girls and women has become more imperative than ever. As part of the Uber-NDTV Roshan Dilli campaign, we are trying to raise the safety standards of the national capital. The Vidyapeeth school project is at the core of Literacy India, wherein it not only focuses on bringing education to the underprivileged but also encourages self-defence training. The girls are not only more confident and secure but are now playing at various competitive levels.
