"Leave It To Self Regulation": Congress MP On Population Control
"We should not attach so much importance to affiliates or individuals. There is no data behind that. If the ruling dispensation is thinking of bringing a law, it should look at the fertility rate which is going down. Instead of a law, we have to leave it to self-regulation and creating awareness," said Dr Amee Yajnik, Rajya Sabha MP and Congress spokesperson.
