Lecoanet-Hemant And The Technology Of Elegance
This week, Mojarto On Art meets Didier Lecoanet and Hemant Sagar, the masterminds behind the fashion label Lecoanet Hemant. We visited them at their Gurugram-based factory and at an exhibition in Delhi's Bikaner House which spanned four decades of their work. We then meet Vijendra S. Vij, a young artist for whom painting is resistance and Srinia Chowdhury, a ceramicist who has a knack for making sturdy materials appear gossamer.
