Legislation won't happen on streets but ideas can come from anywhere: Pranab
Speaking on Team Anna at NDTV's Indian of the Year 2011, the Finance Minister said, "We made experiment - did not go with conventional way of drafting legislation. We made attempt to include representatives of civil society. There was nothing wrong with that."
