Likely Community Transmission Leading To More COVID-19 Cases: AIIMS Director
As India opens up and exits the lockdown in a phased manner, Director of AIIMS Dr Randeep Guleria tells NDTV that it is likely that a community transmission is happening at the hotspots and it might be contributing in the rising number of cases. The top doctor at AIIMS says avoid unnecessary travel and eating out especially in a city like Delhi. He says the vaccine is at least 8-9 months away.
