Limited Scope for Radical Changes in Budget: Care Rating
Madan Sabnavis, chief economist at Care Ratings says the government doesn't have enough scope to make radical changes in the budget as large part of expenses of last fiscal have been shifted to this fiscal. What the government can do is a little cut in subsidies and some kind of concentration on capital expenditure, he added.
