Living with forests: Debate rages over Tribal Bill
The Tribal Bill, which was passed by the Parliament in December after bitter debates between conservationists and tribal activists will now face the test of implementation. The BR hills is a protected area, the only ecological corridor between the Eastern Ghats and the Western Ghats, one of the top ten biodiversity hot spots in the world.
