LNG demand to double by 2015-16: Petronet LNG
According to A K Balyan, MD & CEO of Petronet LNG, the company has seen demand grow rapidly and expects it to double by 2015-16, in view of muted growth in domestic gas output. However, he said that the growth in demand will not be met unless there are huge discoveries in the country leading to an increase in dependency on imported LNG.
