LoC: Villagers long for infrastructure
The India-Pakistan ceasefire agreement along the LoC is now four years old. But for those whose villages fall close to the border life is much the same. Many of them are still living away from their homes in migrant colonies and with Pakistan on the boil now there is renewed fear of tension flaring up on the border.
