Lok Sabha Adjourned After Row Over PM Modi's Temple Visit in Nepal
The Lok Sabha was adjourned today following an uproar after TMC MP Sudip Bandopadhyay raised an issue where he questioned why PM Modi, who performed puja in Nepal, did not wish people on Eid. The BJP MPs objected to this saying that the PM did greet the nation on Eid. To this Parliamentary Affairs Minister Venkaiah Naidu said, "We believe in sarv dharm sambhav. The PM had greeted the nation on Eid also."
