In just about a month, India will be voting for its next government, and if there is one chunk of voters who hold the largest influence, its young voters and first time voters. An estimated 12 crore first time voters will take to the booths in May, that's about twice the population of Russia. No wonder then, all political parties are doing their bit woo them.
