In Assam, a triangular battle for polls is unfolding in Karimganj, a constituency bordering Bangladesh. Karimganj is the only Muslim-majority Lok Sabha seat in Assam, currently held by the BJP. With over 60 per cent of voters being Muslims, the BJP is not only striving to retain this seat but is also facing stiff competition from the Congress and AIUDF who are putting their best efforts to secure victory. However, the BJP has received a boost with a section of the Muslim community now showing support for the party. NDTV's Ratnadip Choudhury reports.
