Lokpal debate: Others can persuade but decision ours, says PM
The Prime Minister said that the real problem of corruption lay not with the Centre but with state governments through whom the aam aadmi felt the pinch of petty corruption on a daily basis. He said it was for this reason Group C and Group D employees had been brought within the ambit of the Lokayuktas in states.
