Lokpal fiasco: Blame BJP, not Govt, says Pawan Bansal

A day after it dodged a vote on the Lokpal Bill in the Rajya Sabha, the government defended itself with Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pawan Bansal blaming the BJP. He said the Opposition party was against giving a constitutional status to the Lokpal and were not interested in passing the bill.
