Looking to raise Rs 475-500 cr; more funds in future: Bhushan Steel
Nitin Johri, CFO of Bhushan Steel & Strips says that quantum of fund raising would be around Rs 475 - 500 crore, which will be used for repayment of loans. In return for that, Bhushan steel will issue shares at Rs 342 according to SEBI formula for rights issue, he says, adding that the company is looking to raise more funds in future.
