M&M acquires stake in Servista
M&M vice-chairman and MD Anand Mahindra, is putting his IT business in the fast lane. Amid speculation that BT may exit Tech Mahindra, the company has picked up a minority stake in UK's Servista, a systems integration company. Tech Mahindra's 17 per cent stake in Servista gives it an exclusive delivery arm for three years and it will assist Servista in getting more European business.
