"The issue on China is, whether the Chinese loans were used on economically viable projects? Well, the issue there is the projects were decided by Sri Lanka. China went along and gave the money, but we are the ones (who chose the projects)," said Sri Lanka Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe.
